CaffiNation’s Exercise Log

When you need thinner Beans

Last Day Of the Fiscal Year

Today's workout:
Trying to find a little consistency in my workout. Monday's are going to be abs and back. Warmup walk over to the gym about 10 minutes. 15 minutes on treadmill walk for 10 run for 5. Hit Incline of 3 and jogged at 5MPH. I've come a long way from running track this is going to be a slow process.

3 sets of 12 crunches
3 straight leg lifts held for 15 seconds each
3 sets of 12 elevated Back extensions
2 sets of 12 Lat Pulldowns @ 60 lbs
1 set of 12 Lat Pulldowns @ 70 lbs

Oblique machine was used pretty much the whole time i was there... next time

Cool down Walk back to office 10 minutes

Saw a coworker in the lobby he suggested I get the IBX booklet to keep track of the times i go to the gym, they pay you back at the end of the year up to 150$ if you go 120 times. My wife already does it so since i'm getting back into working out he suggested I should as well. BTW if you work at Temple its only 9 dollars a month for the gym I have no excuse not to go.

Reaction: No Muscle Soreness after the workout. My shins and knees are a bit sore from the running. Trying to get back into running without the pain. 2 knee surgeries over 4 years ago, its time to start slow and stop using that as an excuse

What you see

After posting on Tumblr about Posterous One of my twitter friends (How many Social Networks can you name drop in one sentence?)BMIML, left me a comment on friendfeed and suggested I give it a try because it was much simpler than Tumblr. So decided to give this a try. It seems really simple to update so I'm going to follow the leader on this and make this my workout log book. Trying to get the CaffiNation back to my fighting weight, and in a much healthier place. So why not start a log here. Unlike the WiiFit i can add logs for different days.

BTW the WiiFit only lets you add activity for today, so even if you worked out all week the WiiFit still thinks you're lazy, hopefully they can update that in the future
